Your Florentine Culinary Adventure
The emotions you will experience in our cooking class will make your stay in Italy an unforgettable memory. From our meeting at the historic San Pierino market, where we’ll handpick the freshest seasonal ingredients side by side with local farmers. (Please note: the market is closed on Wednesday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday.)

Back at our terrace, take in panoramic views of Florence while we start crafting classic bruschetta together. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into making two types of fresh pasta from scratch—a cherished Italian tradition passed down through generations. Our skilled sous chefs will handle creating the sauces, ensuring the flavors are perfectly balanced to complement your handmade pasta.

We’ll finish with tiramisu, where you’ll learn each step of creating this iconic Italian dessert. Finally, we’ll gather to enjoy a delicious meal featuring your handmade pasta, bruschetta, and tiramisu for a perfectly sweet finish.
